When WCW folded in early 2001, it would be 20 months before Scott Steiner would join the WWE. Debuting at Survivor Series 2002, Steiner was rushed into the main event, but floundered, and was quickly passed on.

Being released in 2004, the Genetic Freak hasn't been shy in criticizing the company, especially former foe Triple H, and Stephanie McMahon.

This certainly hasn't helped Big Poppa Pump's chances of returning to the WWE, as the duo has risen to more and more power backstage in WWE, with the Game being one of the driving forces behind the popular NXT brand.

Now aged 56, it makes little sense for the WWE to bring Steiner back to wrestle, and even less sense for them to bring the hot-headed, foul-mouthed Genetic freak back in an ambassadorial role.
