3. Former WWE Intercontinental and TNA World Champion Bobby Lashley
During Boby Lashley's early tenure with WWE, he was a promising young competitor. Throughout his time with the company, Lashley held the ECW, Intercontinental and United States Championship.

When he left WWE, Lashley would join IMPACT Wrestling, formerly known as TNA. He enjoyed more success during his time with TNA/IMPACT. He had two separate runs with the company, a brief stint from 2008-2010 and a return from 2014-2018. During those two periods, the former United States Champion captured the TNA/Impact World Heavyweight, X-Division, and the now-retired TNA King of the Mountain Championship.
However, after returning to WWE, Lashley stated that he has unfinished business in the company when he spoke with The Kingston Whig Standard.
I’m 42 years old. A lot of people my age couldn’t even get in the ring, couldn’t even do anything athletically. I feel like I’m in great shape. I feel like I can do this for 10 more years — I’m not going to do it for 10 more years, but I feel like I can. My body’s in great shape, I feel happy, I feel healthy, and we’re going to run with this.
Maybe Lashley could finally win the WWE Championship when all is said and done.
