#2 Heel: Liv Morgan

Liv Morgan is currently one of WWE's most underutilized Superstars who was set to receive a big push. She made her return to the WWE in late 2019 during Bobby Lashley and Lana's wedding ceremony on Raw. Morgan was one of Paul Heyman's projects, as the former Executive Director wanting to push her as a singles star.
Dave Meltzer of WON revealed the following:
Whatever it was with Liv, it changes that. Obviously, the previous regime they wanted to build Liv as a big singles star. Well, you can see Liv being toned down.
Morgan even called out WWE on Twitter after they didn't air some parts of her matches with Natalya. The company even teased an alliance being formed between her and Ruby Riott, another Superstar who has been struggling as a result of bad booking.
The best option for Liv Morgan is to turn heel and possibly even rejoin forces with Riott. Now that her big push has reportedly been cancelled, a heel turn might be the perfect decision for her career.
It wouldn't be surprising if Liv Morgan is revealed to be the next Superstar to join the dark side.
