When The New Day first debuted in 2014, they were babyfaces who were instantly rejected. They turned heel and over the course of that year, would establish themselves as the top heels of the tag team division. 2015 would see them milk that heat for all it was worth.

Eventually, things would cool down and they would turn face before WrestleMania 32 in 2016 and there has been no turning back since. There was a point in the summer and late 2016 where they were getting booed due to their history-making reign as Tag Team Champions.

While WON suggested that they would be turning heel soon, plans were delayed and they never materialized since. It's hard to imagine The New Day as anything other than babyfaces. However, four years is a long babyface run and it's ok for them to change it up with the new decade.
The New Day even teased a feud with The Usos and if that's the program for WrestleMania (which we hope it is), then a heel turn could happen as soon as Thursday!
