#1. Face turn: Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins will face Rey Mysterio in WWE's first-ever "Eye for an eye" match. The stipulation states that the only way a Superstar can win is to "extract" the eye of their opponent.
It's playing off the story where Seth Rollins destroyed one of Rey Mysterio's eyes. We're not sure what the end-game is here, but we could see Seth Rollins start to appear with an eyepatch.

While it would look cool, could it lead to a possible face turn? He's been a heel for well over seven months now and after his WWE title match defeat to Drew McIntyre at Money in the Bank 2020, he shook hands, teasing a face turn.
He didn't turn face then and he's likely better off as a heel now, but WWE might be eyeing a different direction for The Monday Night Messiah. Whether or not it's time for a change, we can't be sure, but some changes tend to work out favorably. It hasn't been Seth Rollins' best persona, so a face turn could be in the cards if he loses.
