#1. Heel turn: Braun Strowman
One of the weird things about the build to the "Swamp match" between Braun Strowman and The Eater of Worlds Bray Wyatt at Extreme Rules is the fact that the feud featured no actual face-to-face confrontation.
There have been some promos and the go-home episode of SmackDown to Extreme Rules saw Braun Strowman reveal a whole new side to himself. He said he's ready to "return" and everything about his mannerism and behavior suggested that he wasn't a babyface anymore.

His beatdown on John Morrison on SmackDown was so heavy that the former Tag Team Champion seemed to turn face in the process. Given how his feud with Bray Wyatt has been completely psychological and character-based, we can easily see a scenario where Bray Wyatt brainwashes Braun Strowman into turning heel again.
This would, however, have to lead to the return of Roman Reigns. While Bray Wyatt as a babyface right now might work, Roman Reigns returning to reclaim the Universal Championship would be a great story as well.
