The blue-eyed babyface is the most lovable face on the red brand. Fans cheer him on no matter he wins or loses. All that’s missing is a title which the man deserves for all the hard work he’s put in and also for being the inaugural WWE Universal Champion for a day.

Since the Universal Title picture seems a bit too overcrowded, Balor could go after the Intercontinental championship. By turning heel and bringing out The Demon within him, he could do it convincingly and get back to being an elite on Raw.

Seth Rollins doesn’t need the title much since he is back with The Shield and his popularity won’t see any dip even if he loses the title. He’ll also become the Tag Team Champion with Dean Ambrose sooner or later. Hence a heel Finn Balor could attack Rollins and take away the title for him to bring about a much-needed character change and popularity boost.
