Heavy Machinery main evented this week's episode of SmackDown Live as they took on Kevin Owens and Dolph Ziggler for a shot at the SmackDown Tag Team Championships at Extreme Rules.

It was a strange match since The New Day and the Tag Team Champions were at ringside before they decided to start a brawl and were ejected, which then forced the match to be restarted for no reason, since none of the men actually involved themselves in the match.

During the double down spot, it's always the heel that gets the tag first so that the crowd can cheer for the face tag afterward. Tucker had his back to Dolph Ziggler so he couldn't see when the tag was happening and Otis didn't give him the cue, which meant that the faces tagged in first, which is not standard protocol following a double down.
