#1 The Wild Card rule
The Wild Card rule is the single biggest mistake WWE has made in 2019 so far and it is doubtful that they will do anything to either surpass this mistake or redeem it. On the May 6th episode of RAW, Vince McMahon announced the new Wild Card rule - which allows a maximum of three (later changed to four) Superstars from one brand to appear on the another. Except, the number was a lie and most of the Superstars began appearing on both shows.
Now, for some fans, this might be a welcome change to see their favorite Superstar on both shows. However, it is a fact that this drifting between the brands has led to nothing but repetitive segments on every episode of RAW and SmackDown. Let us recall the earlier point about Roman Reigns, Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon. These Superstars have been seen cutting the same promo regularly on both the shows. The Wild Card rule has seriously restricted SmackDown's ability to showcase brand-specific feuds.
