Baron Corbin was scheduled to announce the special guest referee for his Universal Championship match against Seth Rollins at Stomping Grounds this Monday Night on Raw. However, with Seth Rollins wreaking havoc on potential contenders this week on both Raw and SmackDown, WWE very smartly saved it for June 23.

After the likes of Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens and Paul Heyman were sidelined from the race of special referee this week, Shane McMahon looks to be the likely contender to take the spot. Given how Shane has replaced Stephanie as the heel authority figure plus his affinity towards Corbin, he seems fit for the role this Sunday.
While there have been speculations of Brock Lesnar donning the white and black stripes t-shirt, it seems a bit distant at this point in time. Nonetheless, one should not count out that possibility yet.
