WWE could be moving Finn Balor to SmackDown Live while Samoa Joe to the Raw roster

Given there is not much left for The Boss of the Balor Club on the Raw roster, Finn Balor is one of the high profile names which is very likely to move to the SmackDown roster.

Another such case is Samoa Joe, who has featured both in the main event scene as well as in the mid card on the blue brand. Thus, WWE could be switching him to the red brand, given there are not many legit heels present there.

This would then automatically result in the Intercontinental title getting switched to the blue brand while the United States title lands on the red brand with Samoa Joe. One should not forget that both Intercontinental and US titles have been featuring Raw and SmackDown roster respectively for quite some time now. Thus, it would be quite a fresh and interesting change.
