As I mentioned during last week's RAW, Corbin's presence in this year's King of the Ring increases the stakes for the entire tournament. This is because Corbin brings an added dose of conflict to the table. This conflict is necessary to keep the momentum going for the rest of the tournament.

It seems like WWE has capitalized on this very idea by putting Corbin in the semi-finals match for RAW next week. Not only that, but due to a controversial ending at the end of Samoa Joe vs. Ricochet, it seems like we are in for a Triple Threat match including Corbin, Joe and Ricochet for the KOTR Semi-Finals round.

This added twist ensures that things will spice up on the road to crown this year's King of the Ring victor. Whoever the winner may be, let us keep in mind that Corbin will be an important catalyst during King of the Ring 2019 in its entirety.
