3 Legends who can win the 24/7 Championship at Raw Reunion

The third Raw Reunion is less than a week away. Right now, more than 25 Hall of Famers and Legends have been confirmed to appear on the show. The extensive list includes Stone Cold Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels, and The Outsiders. Expect a nostalgia-filled edition of Raw this coming Monday.

While Top-tier legends such as Austin and Michaels will have dedicated segments allocated to them, others might just briefly pop up backstage like they always do. This time however, things can be different, courtesy of the 24/7 Championship.

While unveiling the Title, Mick Foley mentioned that we could expect a Legend to try their luck and win the Title. With the Raw Reunion taking place next week, this would be a perfect opportunity for a Legend to make their appearance worthwhile.

So without any further ado, here are 3 Legends and Hall of Famers who are most likely to join the chase for 24/7 Title next Monday.

#3 The Godfather

The Godfather will go down as one of the most versatile Professional Wrestlers of the early 1990s. Throughout his career, he has embodied different characters such as a pimp, a voodoo practitioner, and the list goes on. He often appears during the special shows and made a Royal Rumble appearance not too many years ago. Thus, it can be said that The Godfather doesn't say no when he is given the chance to make a fun cameo.

He is scheduled to be at Raw next week for the special show, so fully expect him to be a part of a fun backstage segment. The most logical role for him would be to win the 24/7 Title at one point during the show. It would be quite entertaining to see how he plans on dealing with the dozens of Superstars already in the Title hunt.

#2 Ted DiBiase

According to the Million Dollar Man, everything has got a price. Due to this, he mostly used to have someone else do his dirty work in exchange for a monetary reward. He even won the 15th Anniversary 15-Man Battle Royal at Raw over 11 years ago after he offered IRS (the real winner) a hefty amount to jump over the rope.

So, the opportunity is perfect for The Million Dollar Man to add yet another Title to his collection of Championships at Raw Reunion. A fair guess would be that he gets someone to defeat the actual 24/7 Champion and then offers the winner to lay down for him to get pinned.

As mentioned, the 24/7 Title has opened the door to a lot of exciting segments. Moreover, Legends like Ted DiBiase have characters that can help them blend in perfectly with the rest of the Title Chasers.

#1 Santino Marella

Santino Marella could get his hands on the 24/7 Title next week

It should have popped up in your heads as soon as Santino Marella was announced for the special edition of Raw. Marella needs no introduction whatsoever. He will go down in history as one of the most entertaining Superstars of the PG era or the early 2010s at least. Due to continuous injuries, he had to retire from in-ring action in 2014 and was released from his WWE contract 2 years later.

Now with Marella returning to Raw after all this time, expect him to be a part of something quirky. Perhaps, the best way to utilize him would be to let him win the 24/7 Championship and lose it before the show ends. A series of segments involving R-Truth, Drake Maverick and Santino Marella would surely be something we never knew we needed.

Thus, if plans are for any of the legends to win the 24/7 Championship during Raw Reunion, Marella has to be one of the front-runners.
