#2 Sign Marty Scurll
Marty Scurll was a synonymous member of Bullet Club, then later, The Elite. However, upon the departure of Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks from NJPW, Scurll has remained with ROH/NJPW. In late 2018 Scurll extended his ROH contract, ending late April, according to pwpnation.com.
Scurll was integral within The Elite, and his performance was excellent. However, individually he is just as good, (watch the video below). Therefore, speculation could arise that Scurll could end up in AEW. However, he has yet worked in WWE. Thus the future looks bright for The Villain.
The primary reason Scurll would fit within WWE is his character portrayal. Arguably Scurll is as creative as names like; Chris Jericho, which says a lot for Scurll as a performer. Therefore, with NXT & NXT UK amassing a plethora of talent. Could Scurll bolster these brands? If WWE drafted Pete Dunne elsewhere, Scurll would be an excellent replacement? Moreover, it would be a setback for AEW.
