3 matches that could Main Event Wrestlemania 34 

To many, the real main event is the match that closes out the show.

Although Nakamura, won the Rumble and is now promised a 'Main Event' match, we all know there is a good chance that the WWE title match might not be the last match on the card.

Here we take a look at the 3 matches that could be the true main event

#3 A.J Styles Vs Shinsuke Nakamura - WWE Championship

Will Styles and Nakamura close the show?

For years, hardcore wrestling fans have dreamed of seeing this match on the biggest stage of them all. Many of them including myself never thought it could happen but 2 months from Wrestlemania here we are.

Despite having a lacklustre first year on the main roster Nakamura was able to punch his ticket to WrestleMania. A good showing against Styles could change everything for the 'King Of Strong Style'

The only thing is, if we like it or not RAW is the flagship brand and it seems unlikely that creative would allow the WWE championship to close the show at Mania. This is especially true if you look at the booking of the Orton Wyatt match last year.

Although this is a main event calibre match-up it will not close the show.

#2 Roman Reigns Vs Brock Lesnar - WWE Universal Championship

Will Reigns and Lesnar once again headline?

Since WrestleMania last year it has been widely rumoured that this would be the main event of Wrestlemania 34.

As we head into the Elimination Chamber where Roman is eligible to earn a shot at Lesnar, it seems very unlikely that we will not see this match at Wrestlemania.

A lot of people do not like Roman Reigns but he is the new face of the WWE and is also capable of putting on great main event bouts. A lot of people forget but Reigns Vs Lesnar at Mania before was actually shaping up to be a classic before Rollins interjected himself and stole the show.

With Reigns having headline Mania last year it is quite likely he will again, especially against a box office draw like Lesnar, in fact, there is only one other match that could close the show...

#1 John Cena Vs Undertaker - Loser leaves WWE

Could this be the true main event of Mania?

The WWE universe have wanted to see this match at Wrestlemania for as long as I can remember, this could finally be the year.

Firstly, this match can never be a certainty to happen. Last year everyone thought it was going to happen but Cena ended up in a rivalry with the Miz and Maryse and no-one could have predicted that.

There is no doubt that a bout between the face of two generations could tell a great story and it would likely be the Undertakers last match in the WWE.

With this in mind, it is highly likely they would allow the Phenom to close the show.
