#3: A Mandy Rose botch

The Golden Goddess botched a bump on last night's SmackDown Live episode

Last night, Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville faced Asuka & Naomi in a tag-team match. The bout was centered around the contrasting difference in chemistry between both of these tag-teams.

During one particular instance, (as seen in the picture above) Asuka & Naomi went for a double hip-attack against Sonya Deville & Mandy Rose on the ring apron.

While Naomi did make contact with Sonya's torso, it was clearly visible that Mandy Rose jumped off the apron before Asuka could make any contact during the move.

Moreover, as you can make out, the camera was positioned in such a manner that Mandy's botch was unintentionally made to look like the main focus of this entire shot. This also made it hard to go unnoticed in front of millions of viewers watching SmackDown Live from the comfort of their homes.

While botches are inevitable in this line of business, they always serve as a distraction for a fan who wholly invests into a fictional story.

#2: Identities of local competitors who defeated The Miz and Shane McMahon revealed

"The Bryant Brothers" defeated Shane McMahon & The Miz in a huge upset

On last night's show, The Miz brought out two local competitors dubbed as "The Bryant Brothers", Wayne & Dane Bryant to face the team of Miz & Shane McMahon in an impromptu tag team matchup.

As you can see from the tweet above, Dane Bryant, the competitor who pinned The Miz goes around the independent circuit under the name Eli Everfly.

Wayne Bryant wrestles elsewhere under the name Keita Murray. Interestingly, Murray was also hired to play the role of a medic to check up on Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series 2018.

Not only did the Bryant Brothers defeat the team of Shane McMahon & The Miz, but there also has to be a future appearance planned for both of them. After all, there has to be a follow-up when you pin a former world champion successfully!

#1: Sheamus makes a funny reference to Drake Maverick's incident from Survivor Series

Drake Maverick has been the butt of all jokes this week...
Drake Maverick has been the butt of all jokes this week...

As we all know by now, Drake Maverick 'accidentally' wet his pants when Big Show was about to Choke Slam him during Survivor Series 2018.

This resulted into The Bar getting distracted, and as circumstances followed, Sheamus & Cesaro lost their match against AOP last Sunday.

During this week's RAW, Drake Maverick was on the receiving end of jokes throughout the show. However, the tradition did not stop there. During the Thanksgiving special match on SmackDown Live last night, The New Day questioned The Bar's loss against AOP in a degrading manner, to which Sheamus replied, "You takin' the 'pee' fella. Huh? How can anybody prepare for spontaneous urination!"

Corey Graves could be heard chuckling on commentary. Not only that, but The New Day also made fun out of Monday Night RAW failing to acknowledge SmackDown Live's Preshow victory during Survivor Series 2018 (as mentioned in a previous article) by wearing a shirt that had "6-1" printed on it.
