#2 Finn Balor
Finn Balor seems like he's always going to top the list when we talk about the most misused superstars in the world. Ninety-nine out of a hundred riders and journalists would probably tell you that Balor is the most misused wrestler on the current WWE roster. No wrestler who isn't named Daniel Bryan has had such a genuine and natural connection with the universe as Balor has.
Despite that, he spent every week jobbing out to wrestlers who were bigger than him and he hasn't got a push since his debut in 2016. Balor started 2018 so brightly feuding with The Miz and Rollins for the Intercontinental title and genuinely creating some cool moments with them.
You can make an argument that he deserved even more especially as he had just come off an Iron Man performance at the Royal Rumble making it to the final four. He spent 2018 feuding with the likes of Baron Corbin and the mid cards and was treated like garbage at Survivor Series. A man who should be in the main event week in and week out has been treated like he is nothing and he is easily the most misused and underutilized star in the WWE and 2018
