#1 Bobby Roode
It isn't Roodes fault as he is shown in TNA and NXT that he is probably one of the most charismatic and captivating Mike presences in the WWE. He has been booked as a smiley babyface rather than an arrogant and narcissistic heel a role that he is suited for.
Roode's misuse comes from the fact that WWE has relegated him to being a catchphrase and a catchphrase that is so over that they won't even let him be a heel. The Glorious One has probably had the worst transition from NXT to the main roster. Bo Dallas became a jobber over time from NXT, he still remained more entertaining on the main roster than Roode.
Bobby Roode cannot be in a tag team as a face. James Storm and Bobby Roode were one of the best tag teams ever in TNA and that was partly because it showed off Roode as a heel. Hopefully, 2019 sees a better use of Roode as a heel and not a face.
