Considering his impressive run as a heel, he might not lose the title at Elimination Chamber. Afterwards, Rey Mysterio could be an ideal opponent for Bryan if he manages to survive the six-man Elimination Chamber match.

Rey Mysterio is having a great run after he returned to WWE last year. He had amazing bouts with Randy Orton and Andrade "Cien" Almas. However, the three-time world Champion could go one step further, and he might challenge Daniel Bryan after Elimination Chamber. They could extend the feud to Wrestlemania 35.

The Men's Royal Rumble winner Seth Rollins challenged the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania. Hence, Bryan needs an elite opponent at Wrestlemania 35, and Mysterio can be a suitable candidate. Mysterio and Bryan are similar in size, and they are swift in the ring.
