Edge proposes to Vickie
Edge was engaged in a feud with The Undertaker for the better part of 2008. The Rated-R Superstar was also involved in a romantic angle with SmackDown GM Vickie Guerrero at the same time. This relationship helped Edge bag title opportunities and several other perks on the Blue brand. Around the same time, Edge formed his faction along with Chavo Guerrero and Major Brothers. Edge went on to defeat Rey Mysterio at WWE Royal Rumble and WWE No Way Out to retain his World Heavyweight title.

Female superstar says she inspired John Cena turning heel HERE
Mere days before WWE WrestleMania 24, Edge proposed to Vickie on an episode of SmackDown. Guerrero accepted Edge's proposal. Tensions mounted between the duo months later, but Edge re-proposed and the wedding was on. In an interesting turn of events, Triple H revealed that Edge was cheating on Vickie with Alicia Fox, the wedding planner. An infuriated Vickie pitted Edge against The Undertaker inside Hell In A Cell at SummerSlam, which the former ended up losing. On the road to SummerSlam, Edge had turned on Chavo and Vickie, marking the end of the faction.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
