Daniel Bryan is married to Brie Bella and the couple currently have a daughter called Birdie Jo and another one the way. AJ Lee is currently married to former WWE star CM Punk but back in 2012, the relationship status of these two stars wasn't as well known which allowed them to play out a believable romance.
Lee went through a number of strange storylines throughout that year from Kane to Daniel Bryan and even CM Punk as well as then going on to become General Manager of Monday Night Raw.
It was a crazy few months for the future WWE Divas Champion and one of the highlights was the wedding between Bryan and Lee in the summer of 2012. The ceremony looked as though it was going to go without a hitch until it came to announcing them as husband and wife.
The wedding was never made official since Lee stopped the wedding and announced that she had accepted another man's proposal. That was later revealed to be WWE Chairman Vince McMahon's proposal to become the new General Manager of RAW.
