This may be number two but this is the big money match.

Kenny is basically incapable of having a bad match and if Punk is half as good as he was 5 years ago, this match would rule and be an absolute dream for wrestling fans all over the world.

Kenny Omega is probably going to be what the Japanese would call the 'ace' of AEW, the top star like Okada for NJPW and John Cena for WWE. Having a feud with Punk would instantly elevate Omega and maybe even bring in more fans to AEW and if more fans want to watch Punk, why not put him in there with Kenny and make Kenny an even bigger star and more importantly a mainstream star. And if AEW wants to be the biggest promotion in the world, they need to create mainstream stars.
