Probably the most likely ending could come as an interference which leaves the match in a no contest, hence protecting both superstars. Joe has already taken enough loses when it has come to championship matches, and Styles has nothing left to prove by cleanly pinning the big man.
If one of the four men from SmackDown wins the WWE World Cup, especially Randy Orton, they could run havoc during the championship match as they’d believe that they believe a shot at the title more than anyone now after being declared the Best in the World.
Picking Randy Orton to do this would be perfect, as the former champion is the best heel who’ll be a part of the event, and is already on a demolition course where he wants to put the stars the WWE Universe cheer to rest.
There is no better man to target next other than AJ Styles, and an interference by Randy Orton, or even The Miz if he wins the World Cup, could result in some of the best storylines leading to WrestleMania.
