Edge and Roman Reigns had a dream face-off.

When Edge made his in-ring return last year at the 2020 Royal Rumble, there were a few matches teased. While there was a brief tease against AJ Styles, the biggest one was against Roman Reigns.

Edge and Roman Reigns were in the final three alongside Drew McIntyre in the 2020 Royal Rumble, and there was a big confrontation with Roman Reigns. Corey Graves made a great call at that moment, stating that he would never have imagined a WWE 2K dream match becoming a reality.

Edge is still a part-timer at the end of the day, and his appearances over the next couple of years will be limited. WWE will want to make the most of it and book Edge in big-money matches.
