There has been some growing tension between Finn Balor and The Judgment Day for a while now. As 2024 ends and a new year enters, there's a possibility that more changes in the group's lineup can occur.
The dynamics of The Judgment Day changed at SummerSlam 2024 when Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley were kicked out and Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan were added. Although it seemed like the stable had weeded out the bad apples, Finn Balor might make them rethink their choices and add him to the chopping block as well.
For this list, we will look at three reasons why Finn Balor might be kicked out of The Judgment Day in 2025.
Charlotte Flair to return and wrestle a CURRENT CHAMPION?
#3. The Judgment Day might not appreciate how Finn Balor is putting more effort into his singles career
Although Finn and JD McDonagh are the current World Tag Team Champions, they have barely defended the titles since winning it in June and have no ongoing storylines. Still, this didn't stop Balor from eyeing the World Heavyweight Championship.
The Prince has expressed interest in entering the World Heavyweight title picture for a while now, which was ignited when Dominik Mysterio said he could defeat Gunther for the title. However, it was only recently that Balor began acting on this thought. The group may notice that Finn is putting more effort into his singles run than contributing to the group.
#2. Finn Balor has made some backhanded comments about The Judgment Day
As mentioned above, Finn is not the only member of The Judgment Day who is interested in the World Heavyweight Championship, but so is Dominik Mysterio. When Dom initially said he wanted to face The Ring General for it, he was not taken seriously by Balor. There was even a time when Dom replied that he was able to do something Finn couldn't, which was to defeat Damian Priest in a singles match.
From the looks of it, Mysterio is much closer to the rest of The Judgment Day and since he is not involved in any storylines, he has time to talk with the rest of the members while The Prince handles business. Due to this, Dom might be able to convince others that Finn Balor should no longer be part of the group.
#1. WWE may already be planning for Finn Balor to branch out
There have been recent reports that WWE is planning to give Balor a sustained push next year after solidifying himself as a locker room leader. With this in mind, it might also translate that his team with The Judgment Day might be coming to an end.
The group might notice how Balor is the only one "taking" all of the title opportunities and would often just use them for his own benefit, like having them at his side on this week's RAW to face Gunther. Due to this, they will decide to kick him out after seeing he became selfish and would no longer be a team player.
