#3 Why we wouldn't - It might be time for Goldberg to retire
Following a questionable match with The Undertaker at the Super Showdown event in Saudi Arabia, many were left wondering if that was it for Goldberg. At the age of 54, Goldberg isn't getting any younger, and signs of his body slowing down have been clear to see.
Goldberg, of course, is very much at the tail end of his career. It is quite evident now that he is doing it for fun and also to put food on the table for his family.

Goldberg discussed his plans to retire with Bleacher Report in December 2020:
I'm 53 years old, I'll be 54 here in a couple of weeks. Hey, as long as my body can still do it, I'm still going to do it. It's very tough because being a power wrestler at this age, I'm not the person I was back in the past. You have that sense of, 'Oh, am I ruining my legacy?' Well, you know what? I still have to put food on the table for my family
Whether or not we see Goldberg still competing in the next few years remains to be seen. Discussions will still be had amongst the WWE Universe about whether he should already be retired.
#2 Why we would - Goldberg draws in the WWE Universe
It's safe to say that Goldberg is still popular with the WWE Universe, even if there are questions about whether he should still be active.
Every time Goldberg has appeared in front of a live audience, fans are always immediately on their feet chanting 'Goldberg, Goldberg, Goldberg'. This shows him enormous respect for his storybook career.
Goldberg has that unique aura about him that transcends across to the audience in attendance and those watching on TV. It makes you sit up and take notice. It is similar to that of Brock Lesnar, where you just don't know what will happen next.
If he were to return soon, we're sure that the ovation would be huge and would immediately hook the WWE Universe.
