Even Strowman doesn't seem to come across as a huge threat to Rollins and that tells you the lack of exciting challengers for the Universal Championship out there.
Rollins is the biggest babyface of the company right now and he needs someone to rival him, that is a top heel. Wyatt vs Rollins has the potential to be the biggest rivalry in WWE right now.
