#2 Roman Reigns is always a better choice as a General Manager than Kurt Angle or Baron Corbin

If we look at the way Kurt Angle performed the role of the RAW General Manager in the past 2 years, the Olympic Gold Medalist made the Monday Night Show boring to watch with his botchy promos. The same was the case with the first RAW GM since the brand split, Mick Foley who was succeeded by Kurt Angle.
Both the face General Managers had issues with RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon which led to monotonous storylines. The introduction of Baron Corbin in the General Manager picture helped bringing a change but his run does not seem to be an exciting one given the way the writers have booked him as an autocratic GM.

Roman Reigns can play this role to perfection since he has improved a lot on his mic skills and on top of that, he was one of the few superstars who would be booed and cheered equally by the WWE Universe. So, a neutral GM could help make RAW a watchable since the fans know Reigns will not step foot in the ring and so the WWE Creative would not develop a favoritism or a vendetta type storyline.
