#4 Why it isn't best for business: It is for the Universal Championship

Even though Bryan is an ideal choice to challenge The Fiend for the Universal Championship at Survivor Series, he hasn’t done anything to receive a title match. He just asked for a title match from Bray Wyatt and he agreed. In WWE, talents often have to prove themselves to challenge for a title but in this week’s SmackDown, Bryan didn’t do anything like that.
Both Superstars can produce an instant classic but the fact that it is a championship match doesn’t do justice to those Superstars who haven’t receive a single title shot despite proving their worth many times over.
On the other hand, WWE did right by booking Rey Mysterio vs Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship at Survivor Series. Lesnar had attacked Mysterio’s son, Dominick, on RAW a few weeks ago and since then, The Master of 619 has been in a rivalry with The Beast, which makes him eligible to challenge for his title. Coming off their builds, RAW clearly has the better story going into their big title match.
