The primary focus of WWE between Royal Rumble and WrestleMania in a calendar year should be to build up the Royal Rumble winner, especially if the champion is someone as threatening as Brock Lesnar. However, this time, Seth Rollins is receiving the short end of the stick.
Rather than building Rollins up as a credible threat for Brock Lesnar, WWE is more focussed on putting him in a random six-man feud before WrestleMania. As of now, the only piece of interaction between Rollins and Lesnar is on the RAW after Royal Rumble - where Lesnar put Rollins through half a dozen F5s.
It has been more than a month since - but Rollins is yet to respond to the Beast. Leading up to WrestleMania, the fans would have no reason to believe Rollins can dethrone the Beast - which would indicate WWE has horrendously failed to convey a storyline.
