#3 More Time for Matches
Brock Lesnar has majorly wrestled any good quality matches in a long time. His match with Goldberg was a disaster, and it sounded more like a squash match than a real one. He is always silent and lets Paul Heyman do the talking. This mixed with his performance inside matches is a bad thing for the WWE.
The fans pay money to see some tough competition, whereas Brock Lesnar is involved in matches that don't happen for a longer duration and seem to bring no value to the match at any show. When he isn't around on a pay-per-view, it would give other performers more space to perform inside the squared circle and showcase their abilities unlike a performer that either doesn't perform on a regular basis or does squash matches.

It is a good idea that he isn't at WWE TLC, and we have more competition on the show.
