Uncle Howdy and The Wyatt Sicks were part of the WWE RAW brand. However, during a recent show, Karrion Kross visited Adam Pearce's office and disclosed to The Miz that the faction has now moved to SmackDown.

This switch appears to be part of the transfer window, as the faction hasn't been prominently featured in recent weeks. Kross's disclosure seems to confirm that the Wyatt Sicks are now officially part of the Nick Aldis-led brand.

In this article, we will discuss three reasons why WWE has moved the entire horror faction to the blue brand.

#3. To give Wyatt Sicks & Uncle Howdy fresh direction

Moving the faction to Friday nights has opened multiple directions for the Wyatt Sicks, which could be a potential rationale behind this decision. Now, Uncle Howdy and his entire group will have a fresh direction to explore with new feuds and storylines.

If they had remained part of the red brand, it's possible that WWE would have struggled to give them the momentum they needed. However, moving them to SmackDown also provides an opportunity for reintroduction.

Now, Triple H can book Uncle Howdy and his entire faction from scratch, in the way he envisions, on SmackDown.

#2. To end their feud against The Final Testament

The feud between The Final Testament and The Wyatt Sicks has been an ongoing rivalry on Monday nights over the past few months. They have even clashed in a tag team bout, but their rivalry didn't end in a definitive manner. It's possible that to finally conclude the feud between these two factions, WWE decided to move The Wyatt Sicks & Uncle Howdy to Friday Night SmackDown.

Switching brands for the faction will allow Triple H to separate these two faction wars and book them in new storylines.

#1. To add star power to SmackDown following WWE RAW Netflix switch

WWE RAW on Netflix has surely been grabbing the attention of fans around the globe. To make SmackDown bigger, WWE might have planned to shift the entire Wyatt Sicks faction to the blue brand. If engaged in a compelling storyline, the group indeed holds the power to captivate the fans.

This is evident from their social media numbers whenever they are involved in major segments. This proves they could significantly help SmackDown boost its ratings, even after RAW's debut on Netflix.

Now, it remains to be seen how the Stamford-based promotion will book them following this switch, especially how Uncle Howdy will fit into the storylines.
