Logan Paul has come out of his WWE retirement. As General Manager Adam Pearce officially announced, the former United States Champion has joined Monday Night RAW and will appear at the premiere on Netflix on January 6.
Logan Paul did a great job as a heel on SmackDown, but not many things left to do since he didn't become the Undisputed WWE Champion.
Now, as a member of the RAW roster, we take a look at three rivalries he could start on the red brand once he debuts in early January.
#3. He could target Jey Uso
In late April, Jey Uso was preparing for a title match against then-World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest at Backlash. A week before the match, the WWE Draft took place on RAW.
Logan Paul showed up and chatted with The Punisher, sharing his confidence that Damian Priest would dominate Jey Uso. The Yeet Master didn't mince his words later in the night and took a shot at Logan Paul, saying that WWE needed to sign Jake Paul to a contract, not Logan.
Thus, once Logan moves to RAW, the two could reignite their feud, which could lead to a match at Saturday Night's Main Event on January 25 and be extended through Royal Rumble a week later.
#2. He could go after Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker
Bron Breakker has become a dominant force on RAW, doing a great job as a heel and the Intercontinental Champion. He is now searching for his next opponent following a victory over Ludwig Kaiser.
This next opponent could be Logan Paul. The two have yet to face each other in WWE, so it would make sense for Paul to go after a champion in his RAW debut.
For this to happen, though, Breakker would need to have a face turn and have a segment with the former US Champion to kick off their rivalry. Alternatively, he could issue an open challenge that Logan would answer, leading to a match on the RAW premiere on Netflix.
#1. Logan Paul could challenge Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship on RAW debut
The former SmackDown star said his target was to become world champion in 2025. On RAW, this means he has to dethrone Gunther and become the new World Heavyweight Champion.
Speaking during the RAW on Netflix Kickoff Event, The Ring General claimed that Logan Paul doesn't stand a chance against him, so WWE could move that way and start this rivalry soon.
"Well, he’s obviously a very talented man. Athletically, but also in the entertainment world. He’s the jack of all trades, as they say. But I don’t believe World Heavyweight Champion is one of them... If Logan Paul thinks he can walk in here and take this away from me, if he ever makes it to the top of the line to challenge me for the World Heavyweight Championship, it will be my duty and my pleasure to slap that stupid smirk out of his face," Gunther said. That said, with the RAW premiere on Netflix less than three weeks away, Logan could get involved in a big storyline once he debuts on the red brand.
