WWE never invests a new persona - especially an interesting one - on a superstar they know would leave in a few months. If you have watched the previous episode of RAW, you might have noticed that the version of Dean Ambrose who came out to the ring and cut the promo was not the same character that we saw a couple of weeks ago. Ambrose looked more passionate in his promo, especially when he was up against Triple H.

According to the reports, Ambrose was unhappy with his character development and on the latest episode of RAW, that was exactly what we witnessed. Ambrose looked like a mature character - quite a huge contrast from his previous gimmicks. WWE may be finally giving Ambrose a role that might suit him - neither a babyface nor a heel.
