Jacob Fatu recently came under scrutiny after a controversy resurfaced. Despite an initial agreement, Fatu allegedly ghosted a charity wrestling event and didn't reimburse the non-profit organization.
The claims have caused WWE to investigate the matter, but an official decision or announcement has yet to be made. Either way, the controversy could alter the landscape of Survivor Series: WarGames, especially if the company takes strict action against Fatu.
The Samoan Werewolf was widely expected to team up with his Bloodline stablemates to take on the original Bloodline (Roman Reigns, The Usos, and Sami Zayn) in a WarGames match at Survivor Series. However, recent circumstances may compel Triple H to find a replacement for Jacob Fatu.

#3 Hikuleo could replace Jacob Fatu
In July, reports suggested that WWE had signed Hikuelo, the real-life brother of Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa. However, instead of joining The Bloodline on SmackDown, the former NJPW star was allegedly added to NXT's internal roster.
Jacob Fatu's recent controversy could force Triple H to pivot. The Game might immediately call up Hikuleo to the main roster to join his brothers and Solo Sikoa in The Bloodline.
While he might lack Fatu's star power, Hikuleo could compensate for The Samoan Werewolf's absence. His relationship with the Tongans could also aid their teamwork.
#2 Kevin Owens is an unlikely replacement
Kevin Owens has relentlessly fought The Bloodline for more than three years. He stood up against Roman Reigns' tyranny and recently rallied against Solo Sikoa's ruthlessness. Therefore, he may have little business entering the Bloodline civil war.
Sami Zayn, the former Honorary Uce of The Bloodline, has entered the fray. KO previously tried to warn his best friend of the family's wrongdoings and heinous actions. Owens was right, as Reigns' manipulation eventually caused Zayn to break free from his family.
KO reunited with Zayn and tried to keep his friend out of The Bloodline's business. However, The Honorary Uce didn't listen to Owens. The Prizefighter is already on a betrayal spree, turning his back on Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes. Zayn's disobedience may instigate KO again.
Therefore, KO could replace Jacob Fatu to knock some sense into Sami Zayn, who will likely be on the opposing team.
#1 The Rock
A popular theory among fans is that Solo Sikoa is following The Rock's orders. The Final Boss might have executed a hostile takeover behind the scenes, using The Street Champion of the Island as a puppet to embarrass Roman Reigns.
With Jacob Fatu's future uncertain, Rocky's plans could be in danger. The Samoan Werewolf was the X-factor, and the OTC had no answer for him. Realizing the problem, The Rock could step in to replace Fatu.
The Final Boss would not need to wrestle for long as he could enter last and his henchmen could do all the work. But The Rock's inclusion at Survivor Series would be a big deal, especially if WWE uses him to tease a showdown with Reigns.
