Kofi Kingston was another Royal Rumble veteran besides Ziggler to enter the 2022 event. However, the circumstances of his elimination were tragic.

The former WWE Champion entered the battle royal at number 24 and brawled with Kevin Owens. As Kingston struggled near the ropes, KO pushed him over the top.

Though The New Day Superstar managed to jump and hold the barricade, both of his feet touched the ground in the process.

If he could somehow save himself at the moment, it would have been one of the best saves in history. His appearance lasted only 21 seconds, which is undoubtedly disappointing.

#1. AJ Styles survived the most time in the Royal Rumble - 29 minutes and 6 seconds

The first entrant of the event was AJ Styles. He started the match alongside Shinsuke Nakamura and remained in the ring for 29 minutes and 6 seconds.

The Phenomenal One was the most successful superstar in total elimination and survival time. Many fans wanted him to triumph in the event as well.

However, the former WWE Champion was eliminated shockingly. Thanks to Madcap Moss, he was thrown over the top rope midway into the match.
