3 Superstars who could face Bayley for the SmackDown Women's Championship

Bayley made history at Money in the Bank where she won the Money in the Bank contract and the SmackDown Women's Championship. The Hugger overpowered seven other women to grab the Money in the Bank briefcase. Subsequently, Bayley cashed in the contract on the same night to win her maiden SmackDown Women's Title.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the title victory was a big boost in Bayley's career. The Hugger is expected to have a good run and an impressive run reign could rejuvenate her career.

Bayley had colossal success in NXT and she was one of the biggest names of the developmental brand. Apart from grabbing the NXT Women's Title, she produced some awe-inspiring bouts. The former NXT Women's Champion continued her good run on the main roster where she won the RAW Women's Championship. Interestingly, Bayley's push got derailed after losing the red belt.

Though Bayley won the Women's Tag Team Titles with Sasha Banks, she did not have significant success as a singles competitor in the last two years. However, the Hugger could be propelled well on SmackDown Live, which is called the Land of Opportunities.

Moon swapped brands at Superstar Shake-Up, and she arrived on the blue brand. She made her main roster debut on RAW but had a substandard run on the flagship show. However, Moon's performance was memorable at Royal Rumble this year where she lasted 52 minutes.

Moon was a big name in NXT as she spent three years in the development brand. Moon had a remarkable rivalry with Asuka and it was certainly one of the best feuds in the history of NXT. Though Moon never managed to defeat the Empress of Tomorrow, she went toe-to-toe with Asuka. Moon won the NXT Women's Championship once.

Moon has the potential to become a top Superstar of the company and she could be propelled well on SmackDown Live. The former NXT Women's Champion could be an ideal challenger for Bayley. Considering the dexterity o the two women in the squared circle, they can produce extraordinary bouts.

#2 Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch lost the SmackDown Women's Title against Charlotte Flair at Money in the Bank. Lynch had a tough night at the XL Center where The Man had to defend two belts on the same night. Although Lynch managed to defend the red belt successfully, she failed to retain the blue belt.

Since Lynch is just the RAW Women's Champion, it could be assumed that Lynch will be part of the red brand. However, the Wild Card Rule could allow Lynch to appear on the blue brand, as we saw this week. Therefore, Lynch might demand a rematch for the blue belt after losing it at Money in the Bank.

It is a shame that Bayley and Lynch never had a long feud. As a matter of fact, the two women met first time on the main roster a couple of weeks ago when Lynch defeated Bayley. Hence, we could see a long rivalry between the two Horsewomen for the SmackDown Women's Championship.

#1 Charlotte Flair

There is no denying that Charlotte Flair is the favourite candidate to lock horns with Bayley. The Queen won her ninth title at the XL Center but her celebration was cut short when Bayley showed up with the Money in the Bank briefcase. Bayley pinned Charlotte to win the most coveted women's prize of the blue brand.

Charlotte is one of the biggest names of the women's division, and she is a nine-time Women's Champion. Besides winning the RAW Women's Title four times, Charlotte grabbed the SmackDown Women's Title four times.

Charlotte and Bayley have a long history in Vince McMahon's billion dollar company. The two Superstars had a great rivalry in NXT, while they also locked horns several times on RAW.

Bayley pinned Charlotte on SmackDown Live this week. Considering the Hugger already pinned the Queen twice in the last two days, the company might go forward with this feud. Moreover, Bayley could lift her stature if she dominates Charlotte in this rivalry.
