He was turned babyface back in 2002-03, but the run didn't last long and he went on to turn on Kurt Angle to become a top villain again. If Brock Lesnar returns sometime in the future, he shouldn't come back as a good guy.

Brock Lesnar is one of the most dangerous entities in all of WWE, and his mannerisms scream 'a ruthless, merciless villain' at all times. There's a reason why WWE presented him as a top heel throughout his stint on TV, minus a few exceptions. He just doesn't work as a good guy who would cut wholesome promos and shake hands with kids every time he comes to the ring. A fierce, unforgiving, uncontrollable beast? That's where all the money is when it comes to Brock Lesnar.
