Many fans feel that Impact Wrestling is currently amidst one of its most creatively successful periods, with this past weekend's Slammiversary receiving mostly universal praise from the internet wrestling community.
However, despite the creative boom the company might currently be enjoying, Impact Wrestling still struggles with visibility, and remains a product which finds itself battling against a poor television time slot. Recent reports indicate Impact might be negotiating to land itself on AXS TV, but with the company fluctuating between relatively unsuccessful TV deals with Pop TV and Pursuit, Impact struggles to be buzzed about wrestling show despite a solid product.

It appears as if John Hennigan is leaving Impact Wrestling at the right time, as he continues to ascend in terms of momentum, and it would be wiser for him to sign with a company which could offer him more visibility.
