#1 AJ Styles attacks Kevin Owens

AJ Styles, the United States Champion, had two exciting matches with Humberto Carrillo last week. While the two Superstars faced each other on RAW, they also clashed at Crown Jewel, as the former Cruiserweight Superstar earned a title shot, overcoming nineteen other Superstars. Carrillo, however, is unlikely to get another opportunity after losing to the Phenomenal One in Saudi Arabia, and the latter is expected to find a new title challenger.

Styles will not defend the belt at Survivor Series, where the United States Champion generally fights the Intercontinental Champion to prove the brand supremacy. Hence, Shinsuke Nakamura and Styles should wrestle each other at Survivor Series.

WWE hinted a gargantuan feud between AJ Styles and Kevin Owens, when the latter gave a Stunner to the former, helping The Street Profits to win their debut match on the main roster. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Owens will be the next contender for the United States Title, and the storyline could unfold on RAW this week. The Phenomenal One could take revenge on Monday, ambushing Owens in the backstage area.
