#2 Got it wrong: Apollo Crews

Crews has struggled on the main roster since he jumped there from NXT years ago.

Apollo Crews is a likeable guy. He has a great look, great smile, is incredibly talented and has seemingly everything needed to be a huge star in WWE.

But then you hear him talk, and you quickly realise why the WWE has barely pushed the indie star since he joined the WWE years ago.

This week was no different, as a backstage segment between Crews, Drake Maverick and Rezar showed the former Uhaa Nation's limitations.

It did seem ironic, that Rezar was flanked by Maverick, who has made up for his, and Akam's lack of promo time.

And yet, the WWE continues to refuse to give Crews a mouthpiece, and unless something changes in 2019, fans should expect the former NXT star to say his goodbye to the fans and return to the independent scene.
