Though the title may have been hit by vocal critics for its looks, it seems that fans have gotten used to the gold, which is providing highly entertaining moments week after week.
This week was no different, as Truth has finally realized just how much of a hassle being the champion is and in an effort to protect himself, had Carmella lock him in a box.
A silly tactic to be sure, but you can't argue with results as Truth was able to maintain his fifth title reign, despite the efforts of two-time champ Jinder Mahal.
What will happen to Truth next week, as he and Carmella continue to elude the others and could the Staten Island Princess be eyeing the title up herself?
