Balor stepped into the NJPW scene at the young age of 24. Finn Balor got famous as Fergal Devitt. According to reports Finn thought of rechanging his entire persona before stepping in NJPW.
Finn Balor was persuaded into changing his in-ring name mainly because Japanese people found it difficult to pronounce his name. This helped in the creation of a new name for Fergal Devitt to Prince Devitt. Prince Devitt soon became a household name in NJPW. Prince Devitt reached new heights in NJPW and got tremendous love from wrestling fans around the globe. He also founded the famous Bullet Club with fellow wrestlers Bad Luck Fale, Karl Anderson, and Tama Tonga. The Bullet Club never cared about playing rules by the book and constantly broke every rule which tried to slow them down. The Bullet Club showed their true dominance in both the ring and the locker room.
