Has Carmella turned face since her title loss?

Carmella lost her SmackDown Women's Championship back at SummerSlam and has been pushed out of the title picture in recent weeks, but R-Truth managed to force Carmella to come out to ringside to be his "cheerleader" in his match against Miz this week.

Carmella made the decision to help R-Truth after he told her that Maryse had called her "trash" but rather than taking the fight to Maryse or even approaching her, Carmella stayed on her side of the ring and when Bryan and Brie attacked she quietly exited without even approaching Maryse to settle the score. Has Carmella turned face? Why else would The Princess of Staten Island miss a moment to assert her dominance?
