Triple H has rarely dealt with disgruntled talent during his tenure as WWE's chief content officer, but that might change on SmackDown. Big changes are afoot on the blue brand, and a significant name is set to depart. Bobby Lashley will leave the Stamford-based promotion when his contract expires in a few weeks.
Bobby Lashley has been removed from WWE's internal roster, but his fellow Pride stablemates, The Street Profits and B-Fab, remain. The trio could grow frustrated watching their leader leave in such circumstances and take their anger out on Triple H and SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis.
Since taking over creative, Triple H has been willing to take risks when booking storylines. This type of angle blurs the line between reality and kayfabe but could work well if done correctly and carefully.
The Street Profits have encountered a stop-start year, with a potential heel turn earlier this year pushed aside because of their popularity. The former RAW, SmackDown, and NXT Tag Team Champions should be handed new gimmicks that make them two of the company's newest rebels.

Triple H's involvement in the storyline will help push heel Street Profits on WWE SmackDown
Triple H has rarely got involved in storylines since taking on the role of head of creative. He was part of The Bloodline vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins feud but only made sporadic appearances to heighten that rivalry.
The Game could help propel The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins) into main event players. Their story could begin with doing sit-ins in the ring and holding SmackDown hostage until their boss explains Bobby Lashley's exit.
The duo should ask why Nick Aldis was so open to The All Mighty's departure and why the Pride rarely had opportunities. They could cause havoc by sending episodes of SmackDown to commercials because of tirades on the mic.
Bobby Lashley's departure hasn't been alluded to on WWE TV
It's widely reported that Bobby Lashley is leaving the company because he wasn't impressed by their latest contract offer. The 48-year-old returned to WWE in 2018 and won the WWE Championship in 2021, the first of two reigns.
However, Lashley arguably wasn't pushed during the Triple H-era, with the King of Kings focusing on younger talent. Whether that's something he considered when deciding to depart remains to be seen.
Either way, Lashley's departure hasn't been mentioned on WWE TV, which leaves the door open for The Street Profits to do so. This allows them to use the lack of recognition over their former leader's exit to hit the hierarchy.
The Street Profits should mock Triple H's explanation over Lashley leaving
Triple H commented on Bobby Lashley leaving WWE off-screen, claiming it was 'part of the process.' He said it was ongoing and did not want to shed light on the two parties' split circumstances.
The Street Profits could make light of those comments when they target the COO and Nick Aldis. They could perhaps use the phrase 'part of the process' when attacking babyface tag teams like DIY.
It would be intriguing to see Triple H planted in such a realistic feud and his words used against him. It would give the tag team a fresh chance to shine with new disgruntled worker gimmicks.
