Roman Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam for the Universal Championship. Within a short time, he started his feud with The Monster Among Men, Braun Strowman.

At Hell in a Cell, Reigns vs Strowman for the Universal Championship took place inside the steel cage and to make things more interesting we saw the involvement of many superstars. Mick Foley was also announced as the Special Guest referee in this match.

During the match, Ziggler and McIntyre tried to interfere but they were stopped by Rollins and Ambrose. Despite this, we also saw a brawl break out between these four wrestlers at the top of the cell. However, all of a sudden, The Beast Incarnate came out and broke the door of the cell and then attack Reigns and Strowman.

He also F5'd Reigns and Strowman and because of that both men were not able to continue this match, and as a result, the referee stopped this match.

Why this title change should have happened: There is no big reason behind why Roman should have dropped his title but if this had happened, the WWE Universe would have been very happy. This would also benefit Strowman who is yet to win a singles championship in the WWE.
