The WWE Women's Championship has seen many changes in its design and name over the years. Many female stars who have held the title are considered some of the industry's top names, but some of their reigns weren't the best.
The current WWE Women's Championship was introduced in June 2023 but was previously known as the RAW Women's Championship before being switched to SmackDown in the 2023 WWE Draft. Several top stars have held the title like Asuka, Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, Ronda Rousey, and more. While some top stars have held the gold multiple times, some reigns were shorter than anybody expected.
For this list, we will look at the three top superstars with the shortest WWE Women's Championship reigns.

#3. Former WWE star Sasha Banks
As of this writing, there are only six women's Grand Slam Champions in World Wrestling Entertainment, and Sasha Banks (AKA Mercedes Mone in AEW) is among them. While she has held every single title in the Stamford-based promotion, one of her reigns barely lasted a week.
At SummerSlam 2017, Sasha Banks defeated Alexa Bliss for the former RAW Women's Championship. A week later on an episode of Monday Night RAW, the former superstar dropped the title to Alexa again, ending her reign at only eight days.
#2. Charlotte Flair
Just like Mercedes Mone, Charlotte Flair is another Grand Slam Champion in the company. She was the inaugural RAW Women's Champion and has held the title a total of six times. Despite this experience, one of her reigns only lasted for two days.
In the 2021 Money in the Bank Premium Live Event, Charlotte Flair defeated Rhea Ripley to become the new RAW Women's Champion. On the July 19, 2021, episode of RAW, Nikki A.S.H, that year's Women's Money in the Bank winner, cashed in on The Queen. WWE considers Flair's reign as two days.
#1. Bianca Belair
Bianca Belair's run as the RAW Women's Champion was historic, setting the record for the longest run with the championship at 420 days, which she held from April 2022 until May 2023. Despite this impressive achievement, she was also subjected to an immediate Money in the Bank cash-in.
At SummerSlam 2023, Bianca Belair successfully defeated Asuka and Charlotte Flair to become the Women's Champion again. However, the EST of WWE's plans were spoiled when IYO SKY, the woman who won the Money in the Bank earlier that year, cashed in. Belair held the title for only 1 minute and 35 seconds.
