Lesnar vs Reigns was anticipated months ago

Any wrestling fan knows that Lesnar vs Reigns for the Universal title with Reigns going over Lesnar for the win, was the plan by the WWE for WrestleMania 34, months ago.

This was so predictable that fans knew that Reigns would be victorious at Elimination Chamber when he was unsuccessful at the Royal Rumble.

This takes the excitement and anticipation out of the main event and the entire show as a whole. I think that the WWE needed to have more of an element of surprise in this regard and have had a different match in place. Even if the plan was for Reigns to win the title, adding Strowman to the mix would have added some excitement to the match.
