#5 UP: Mick Foley will be the special guest referee for Roman vs Braun
This was the best segment on the show for me. Elias was interrupted by Foley during his concert. Everyone knew he was there to celebrate the 20th-anniversary of his infamous Hell in a Cell match with The Undertaker. But WWE surprised us all with an unexpected announcement.

Mick Foley said that he didn't want to sit on the sidelines for this Hell in a Cell PPV. He said he wants to get involved in any way that he could. So he talked to Stephanie about that and she has decided to put their differences aside.

Foley announced that he will be locked inside Hell in a Cell along with Roman and Braun as the special guest referee. Elias started to speak his typical heel lines and Foley said Stephanie also allowed him to make one match for Raw. He booked Elias vs Finn Balor which Balor won.
I think this was an amazing segment overall. Mick Foley's passion while delivering the promo isn't what we see too often nowadays. Also, Elias & the surprise announcement made this segment even better.
