#1. By meticulously scripting Seth Rollins' promos.
In modern-day WWE, everything is heavily micromanaged by the Backstage officials. WWE does not provide much lenience to WWE Superstars. There are only a few Superstars that have creative control in WWE. The promos of these Superstars often stand out and the difference between a heavily scripted promo and a mildly moderated promo is apparent.
Let's take the Miz Tv - Firefly FunHouse segment on the previous episode of SmackDown as an example, or the main event segment between Daniel Bryan and Bray Wyatt from two weeks ago. Any interaction between Bryan, Miz and Wyatt has been nothing short of gold. Those promos looked passionate. We could see how serious The Miz was when Wyatt started poking the A-lister's family.

Let's compare those segments with the one that triggered Dean Ambrose's wish to leave WWE - the one where Ambrose received some injections to protect himself from "The toxic dump of Milwaukee". Even though Ambrose tried his best to make the segment look good, we can all agree that it looked embarrassing.
WWE should allow some leeway for Seth Rollins during his promos. In fact, WWE should stop micromanaging its talent to get better output from them.
